Cancellation Policy

At The Glow Theory, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To keep things fair for all clients and respect everyone’s time, please review our booking policies below: • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 15% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred one time if rescheduled within the required notice period. • Group appointments, bridal bookings, and mobile appointments may require additional notice due to reserved travel and time blocks.
